  2. Establishing the new University Town at Shendi Entrance.

  3. Supporting sports activities and completing the infrastructure of the sports town at the Education Complex.

  4. Establishing the multi-purposes Grand Hall.

  5. Establishing the faculties of: Dentistry, Pharmacology, and Engineering.

  6. Opening new centers in the faculty of Community in both Shendi  and Matamma localities.
